“A friendly service that made what could be a stressful time very easy and relaxed. Naomi did all the Hard work for us and got us in our new home for Christmas, and we received a moving welcome pack too. As we moved in Naomi was very responsive to any issues we had and very prompt in sorting them out. Thank you for your help and service we are glad to be looked after by yourselves.”

“Ryan their Lettings Manager is professional and well organised. He took over 2 problem properties we had, from a previous agent. The tenants have now gone and his service team has done an excellent job clearing the properties and redecorating them. We are expectant of having the properties relet quickly at the start of the new year. It is a pleasure to deal with Ryan and his team.”

“Loved this quaint little hotel. Lived in walsall over 30 years and never knew it was here. Stayed for a night for a treat and loved it. Old fashioned rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Best bit is the breakfast next morning. Excellent food, lots of it and great staff. Would staff again in a heartbeat”

“Stayed at this Hotel with work, and my stay was on the hottest day of the year so far. Check in was made easy and Michelle was very welcoming. As it was 39 degrees outside I hoped for Air Con, however Michelle informed me that this particular Hotel doesn't have Air Con in any of the rooms. The room was clean and fans were provided. And once I had positioned the fan next to the bed, I had a good 9 hours sleep. Plenty of parking at the Hotel - make sure you put your car reg in the tablet in Reception for free parking. There is a pub next door, for evening meals and breakfast the following day”

“Great stay here in a large comfy room. We checked in very late, but thankfully the front desk team, especially Jordan, sorted us out with food and drinks. The included breakfast was a fabulous way to start the following day.”

“Myself and partner stayed here on Friday purely for a night of peace and quiet & that’s exactly what we got, on arrival we was greeted by Tracey who instantly made us feel at home. When we got to our room we wanted to see if there was anything better to offer as Tv channels in the standard double was a little naff, we went down to reception and Tracey upgraded us to one of the club rooms, she did this so quickly and efficiently & we had no other messing around with our old room key, She was such a lovely lady and deserves some recognition for her hard work and great customer service as nowadays you don't see many happy smiling faces.”

“I had Robert for the first time to do my large corner sofa ,2 seater sofa, cuddle chair and carpet and I can honestly say we have never had such a professional clean , having children and a extremely large dog out furniture gets a lot of stains ,marks etc so we have our furniture cleaned every 6 month and we have never had such a brilliant finish ,it is like new and we have never had that with other cleaners truly the best we have ever had so we highly recommend him. We would never go with another cleaner after the results. Amazing xx”

“I recently put my cat Louis in here and I have to say what a lovely place it is, this was the first time I had put Louis in a cattery because of his age so I was a little apprehensive also given it was the hottest few days on record made it worse but in the end there was nothing to worry about, Louis was kept cool and was very well looked after. The lady I dealt with was lovely and I can honestly say she is a true animal lover. This cattery is highly recommended and I don't think I would put my cat anywhere else.”

“We take our 6 dogs to Fairway. Absolutely excellent kennels. Picked them all up yesterday after 13 days there. All in excellent condition and happy. Would never dream of taking ours anywhere else. Owned and run by a couple who care for others dogs as they do their own. Ace place.”
