“Sam, Abby and the rest of the team are fantastic, I was lucky enough to train with them and work with them again recently and to say they are some of the best groomers in the country is no understatement. All the Dogs leave looking amazing and relaxed as it’s such a fun, friendly environment. Highly recommend training at pampered pets if you want to become a professional groomer as they are amazing at what they do and they go above and beyond offering on going support! I also highly recommend if you want your pets groomed as you won’t be disappointed in how your dogs look and you can leave them feeling relaxed knowing they are in safe, professional, knowledgable hands x”

“The building was easy to find and their range of items was amazing. When entering the building, we were immediately greated by the staff who noticed our dog too and could not wait to say hello to her. They helped in our shop and were extremely friendly. I am definitely going there again. Prices are very competitive. *UPDATE 24\01\23* Still great as ever, stock rotation is keeping different items and care products readily available depending on the seasons. I would still highly recommend this store.”

“Great stay here in a large comfy room. We checked in very late, but thankfully the front desk team, especially Jordan, sorted us out with food and drinks. The included breakfast was a fabulous way to start the following day.”

“He knew exactly how to comfort our super excited puppy and we had no worries when we dropped our oup off for his groom and puppy spa treatment. When we came to pick him up, pup was super happy, super clean, smelt luscious and he was very happy to be there. The gentleman answered my questions well regarding the treatments and gave his honest opinion about which treatment was best for my pup. Will be back again and again.. on our 4th groom with the groom room now!”

“Roxy's is my favourite pet shop. Went in today to look at the budgies and came home with a gorgeous cockatiel. I've always had my birds from roxys and have never had a problem. When I had snakes and lizards I would only ever buy their food from here too as they were a great price as well as being in a convenient location for me. Dave was super helpful and friendly as he always is ☺”

“This is my go-go place. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Linda is fantastic and so so friendly. And the fact that it's a small cattery is brilliant as I know our cat will be well looked after and get the fuss he wants. Top notch service you won't be disappointed.”

“Groomingdales are excellent. Our Cocker Spaniel, Bertie, is a bit of an old boy now and is not usually the most cooperative when it comes to grooming, however the girls always do an amazing job with him. We are very grateful. Highly recommend.”

“I recently brought a basset hound puppy, I contacted purrs n grrs for appointment which I tried other groomers in the area but I just wasn't sure and impressed as when you phone around you just I get the feeling it's not the right salon for your puppy being she was an unusual breed so I needed a groomer to understand the breed and required grooming for my puppy also the required groom I wanted with the shampoo I wanted. Purrs n grrs was just so perfect in each very understanding being a new puppy owner as I only wanted the one to one grooming which why I choose to book the appointment as I did not want her to feel scared being groomed with other dogs around. the telephone conversation put my mind at ease as I could even watch her being groomed which you can't do this at many other salons in the area. I was given appointment to fit around my self not just the groomer. Purrs n grrs welcomed my self and ruby to her salon the groomers was so friendly and so ashuring which was excellent. When I went to pick up my puppy ruby I was so pleased with the groom and how they treated her as the groomers treated her like one of there own dogs which you don't find alot of salons who treat your animal like there own pet. The price structure for this salon is excellent I wouldn't take her any where else now. I have also booked for purrs n grrs collection service which is great with my working day structure. “As a first time puppy owner of a dog that needs constant grooming (toy poodle) I found signature stylist & my mind was made up to use them from the reviews I had read & the pictures/videos I have seen of them grooming dogs. Evie has now has 2 puppy grooms & a 3rd booked in she is becoming a regular. She loves it there she feels at ease. Abigail and Simon are brilliant with my dog and she comes out looking fabulous they feedback with everything they have done with Evie during her groom & recommend the best products that suits my dog to help groom her at home, they share pictures with me of Evie’s grooming process also. They are full of advice and help which is greatly appreciated especially been a first time fur mom ! Prices are very reasonable for the outstanding service they offer. Highly recommended for anyone with a fur baby who would like their dog to not only be groomed but pampered you will not be disappointed.”

“Telephoned on Thursday as I was worried about my poorly dog and although they were very busy they managed to fit me in within half an hour. They gave Eden an anti inflammatory injection as he had a high temperature and some medication. He's not out of the woods yet but seems a lot better than he was. Great service as always!”
