"I met Ryan Wyatt after my management agent let me down, literally overnight, for a multi let property I own. I mistakenly trusted the previous agent to manage my property, he took his commission to do so, but on visiting I discovered it had been let out to a group of very low grade lodgers. Serious levels of damage and lodgers doing moonlight flights owing me back rent, an armed robbery, a drug dealer. It was all pretty depressing and expensive stuff.
