"Brand new moped ordered. Frieght company dropped the ball and entered our address incorrectly which shipped it to Green Bay. After calling freight company multiple times/days, finally redirected it to our correct address given at the time we placed the order. Come to find out - they then delivered it to our neighbors house. Our addresses are on mailboxes and the houses….not sure how you mess that up when delivering a $1k moped. 3 damaged pictures sent to Q9 requesting to send replacement parts. Q9 needs to make it right….regardless if it’s the freight company or the manufacturer it is all part of being a business owner and providing good customer service."
"Shipping nightmare, went to Green Bay, then my neighbors and showed up three days later. Moped arrived at my house damaged. Company refuses to make it right and customer service agent Jeremy has been rude and non cooperative. Blaming shipping insurance which is a horrible excuse. Threw business to a local company vs Amazon and am regretting this decision. Stay away from this company. Can’t wait to see them try to dance out of this experience or blame the customer for their lack of execution. Awesome customer service and support."

"Was easy to order the motorcycle, fast delivery. Bike was delivered and arrived in good condition. Customer support was prompt with paperwork to title. Would buy again. The Hawk DLX assembly was easy, started right up. Just needed slight adjustments to fine tune."
