"Well it was interesting i needed to return a pair of shoes bought online that ended up being to big. With no receipt, i was told if i was exchanging them for the correct size to go get the correct size and return to the check out. I did that and without a receipt or my cc they just let me take the new ones."
"12-23-23 I was checking out at self checkout at 5:34pm was in a rush to get in and out of the store because I just got done working a long shift. I’m a store manager at a major retailer in the area and as I’m at the first checkout I had two employees bombarding me as I’m trying to make sure I have everything I need as I’m Christmas shopping they were bagging my items and asking questions and it just felt off and I felt uncomfortable I tried to be friendly back but they clearly were even listening to me as they didn’t even respond. Now at my store when you feel as if someone is stealing you kill them with kindness offer help above and beyond and that’s kind of how it felt with them I have great instincts and this experience has really stuck with me and really kind of ruined my quick in and out holiday shopping experience. Idk if I was being profiled or if you just have really not so smart workers but the only two people working the area were both surrounding me as all of the other kiosks were being used. Careful where you shop folks."
