"I don’t know if they were just too busy to handle their workload but we had Charlene as our insurance agent. She was kind and cordial over the phone but was very delayed in her responses. She gave us a quote for home and auto bundle since we are purchasing a home in Racine. She asked for our home inspection report and told us we had to make repairs (very minimal) in order to move forward with our quote. Our realtor told us that wasn’t normal and has never ran into that before. I asked Charlene if we could have a contingency timeline to get the repairs on the home done after we purchased because we need the insurance to buy the home. I left a voicemail and multiple emails—nothing. If you can’t handle the workload then delegate it to someone else. If you are ignoring customers for no reason, that is even worse. We ended up going with a different insurance agent that our realtor suggested. I am just shocked because there are so many good reviews. Guess we weren’t good enough."
