"Needed new tires and I thought one rim as I had one tire losing air daily. Honda had looked at the tire several times and could not find a leak. Jim suggested having his team check the tire since I was there and they found a leak. Tires I want are out of stock but at least I will not be filling my tire up daily! Thank you!"
"I got a alternator and battery installed a yr ago. After I received my vehicle back it wasn't starting when it got cold outside. I took it back several times and they kept telling me it wasn't nothing wrong. Which I had to call roadside assistance every other day to get a jump. Which cause me to be late for work, kids late to school or picking them up. So, going into this year when it started getting cold and the samething happening again. I took it to them and they had it for a day or so and called me and said it was the battery. Which cause me to have to get it towed and a rental for a week. Which I didn't have the funds for neither. That also put me in a bind where I have to pay people who let me borrow the money because I needed my vehicle...I'm a single mother with a disabled father and it was hard to try and manage for that week.I would never use their place of business again. Also, they showed no care and I believe since I'm a woman that I didn't know about cars."
"If i could give this place zero stars i would. I set up my appointment online to get my tires changed. When i get there i am told they could not put the tires on for me due to the fact that the tires were not shipped to their location. Was not told that prior to the location. Wasted my time driving there. Also, the place is a DUMP. Do they not clean the shop? I get it it's a tire shop but having trash and garbage right away made me uneasy about the place. The manager was dressed very unprofessional. Was just not a good experience all around. Went down to discount tire and they could get me in that day and done within an hour. Highly recommend Discount Tire over Firestone. Do better."
