"I purchased a new set of Michelin Defender-2 tires for my wife’s Fusion Hybrid. She has a summer set and a winter set of wheels and tires. Quick Lane removed the set of summer tires from the back seat of her car; removed the winter tires on her car and placed them in the back seat of her car; removed, replaced, balanced and mounted her new tires. The new set of Michelin Defender 2’s are great. I am a very satisfied customer. rlw"

"Very convenient and usually $20 cheaper than the local 10 minute folks. They don't push unnecessary services. I'm a car guy, so I know when the other guys do that. You will need an appointment if you can't leave the car. The best way is to buy your tires there. They give you credits equal to several oil changes and free tire rotations. For tires, shop around first and then check their prices. You might be surprised. In my case the tires for my Lincoln were the same as Costco. If you are in a hurry, they often have a time available."

"I had taken my car to the quick lane in Dec of 2022 and forgot my 10% coupon however when the service manager Paul Pedrosa emailed me a couple of days later to see how my service was I replied to him asking if they would honor the coupon still seeing I spent $1800.00 on tires and brakes. I waited a couple of days for a reply and did not receive one. I again sent another email which again was not replied to. I decided to give them another chance for an oil change this month and while there explained what had happened in December and the manager of the quick lane took my name and number and said he would have Paul give me a call. After my oil change I had noticed that the tech did not reset my oil life or put my valve stem covers back on my driver side tires however was going out of town so waited until Monday which was 5 days later to call them back. Paul still had not called me back during this time either. Upon talking to the manger at the quick lane he stated that he would definitely look to see who completed my oil change and talk to them and offered me a $10 credit for my next service for the inconvenience. I had mentioned that Paul never called me back so he was going to give Paul a reminder to call me right away. A few minutes later I finally got a return call from Paul to be told they could do nothing. Needless to say I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to that dealership for service nor purchasing any vehicles from them due to the poor customer service received."
