"The oil change was ok. I asked them to change a headlight. They had my car for over an hour and a half, called and told me it was ready. When I got there, they said they didn't know how to do it and didn't look it up to try to figure it out. I was leaving for a trip in two hours, had to wait until the next day to have a real mechanic do it."
"#1 The mechanic didn't let the cars system know the oil was changed and the maintenance per warranty was done so the car is still telling me it needs serviced so now I have to go back to get it entered so the computer doesn't code out and null and void the warranty. #2 Your shisty mechanic rifled through my glove box and center console storage box looking for stuff to steal . YES YOUR MECHANIC WENT THROUGH MY CENTER CONSOLE AND GLOVE BOX FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND AIR FILTER CHANGE I WILL NEVER USE FIRETONE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!"
"I'm not generally a person to write reviews, but let me tell y'all this place is seriously awesome! My car battery was killed by all this cold weather and the staff here was so friendly, informative, and super fast with their help! Like seriously I brought my car in and 25 minutes later I was back on the road! I would give 100 stars if I could!"
"I have had tires replaced from this Firestone store. I have had brakes replaced on a previous vehicle. Now I had the brakes replaced on my Murano. Each time it was easy to set up an appointment. Each time I was provided with a full cost estimate of the intended work. The staff is friendly, nowledgeable and provide work details. The only reason I stated an "8" on the second question is that, personally, I don't recommend things to my friends and relatives unless I am asked."
"I made an appointment with a staff member for a Sunday appointment. I get there to a note on the door...closed, due to staffing, sorry for the inconvenience. No call, text, or email to cancel. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. I try to stay with one place for continuity. But Ill find somewhere else."
