"Almost didn't go here bc the line was 15 cars deep, but they were so much more efficient then other Starbucks with only two cars in line. They were friendly and did not rush you. I didn't get the ladies name that took my order but Christopher at the window was awesome."
"I typically love this Starbucks, but lately I notice that no matter how many staff they have, it’s always unorganized and chaotic. I understand that the mornings are very busy so I typically order my drink ahead of time 20 minutes. Today was especially busy. When I arrived, there were 8 people waiting. I waited at the window and was ignored. After my drink was confirmed completed in my app (11 mins after) I asked Hayley if she could please check. (My drink has lots of Carmel so I knew I saw mine) She was rude, and said she would check. She never did. After another woman asked about her drink someone else came over and got our names and all of our drinks were ready. If Hayley would have actually walked over, she would have seen that they were in fact complete. Like I said, I’ve never had a bad experience until today. This happened Friday between 730-8am. I finally left the outside at 8:04"
