Originally opened as Vic's Espresso and Eats in 2010, the cafe has since been taken over by the dedicated team of Shantell and Dan, who are committed to providing the best handcrafted beverages and seasonal cuisine with a focus on personal service. The cafe's motto, "In Omnia Paratus" or Ready for Anything, reflects Dan's 21 years of service in the military. "Great little cafe on the base! An assortment of coffees and smoothies they make fresh per order. They make and pre-wrap sandwiches, salads, and protein cups of cheese and meats. Hand made soups and daily entree each day. Limited seating but friendly atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like family while taking orders. Quick service for a staff of three and moderate prices. Highly recommend!"
"Super friendly staff, they will take good care of you and will make you feel like you're part of their family. Food is good, and they will accommodate some minor customization of your order. LOVE the breakfast sandwiches, and the salads. Smoothies are my favorite, made from scratch and with real fruit / vegetables. They are constantly promoting events where food is free for Camp Murray / National Guard employees and their families. These girls know how to take care of us!!!"
"Very friendly staff and quick delicious food and coffee. I'm allergic to chocolate and I asked if they knew if their white chocolate contains any cocoa. Most white chocolate is soy based but I still have to be careful. She was so nice she grabbed the box from the back and she looked at the ingredients for me and showed me! Very sweet and accommodating!"
