"Ordered medium cappuccino with caramel syrup for my wife this morning. When I’m coming home my wife saw almost no coffee in there. A lot of foam but almost no coffee. C’mon guys a paid $6.11 for full cup of foam? Bad experience."

"I'm so frustrated with the 27th and 67th store. Today I mobile ordered my drink order. After sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, I finally got to the pickup window. I was told to wait a few minutes while they tried to get the card reader to work. Finally, they came back to me and said they would have to process my payment up front because the window machine wasn't working. I then repeated that I had mobile ordered and already paid. I can't wait for 40th and Bridgeport to re-open after their remodel."
"The most laughable excuse for paying extra for pumpkin cream cold foam; what else can you do but laugh that this was an acceptable thing to give to people. Won’t be back to this one for sure."
