"I had my kitchen re-done and then I had my living room floor family room floor and hallway old carpet removed and vinyl plank and installed so I spent $30,000 with them and the flooring was installed in January 2019 in on the end of May 2019 I had standing water in my living room I turned off the water contacted a contractor and he found where when the flooring had been put in a nail had gone into the water pipe so I contacted Ann at interior resources she told me they would take care of everything to have me give them a bill from the contractor and they would take care of everything and now a week later they say they’re not responsible the pipe is in the wrong spot and it’s not their responsibility I will never do business with them again and I will never recommend them to anybody"
