"My favorite Walmart to go to until just recently when you go in there like 90% of the time I’ve been going there only a few self checkouts have been open and workers try to talk to people just walking by asking of there ready. One of my boyfriend and i’s favorite things about Walmart is having the Walmart app and being able to just go up to a self checkout and not have to touch anything or talk to anyone and get out of there. The only minus about this specific Walmart is I don’t they they think about how some people have social anxiety actually a lot of people and knowing when I’m about to go to Walmart I might get talked to just for going down the aisle next to the registers is pretty scary. Another thing that’s happened to me is I went in around 7:30pm after looking up what time customer service closed, which it said 10pm, so I went to customer service which had no one over there then pressed every button to get a worker over to help and it took like 15 minutes for a couple people to come over and tell me they couldn’t cash a check for me because it was closed. I told them when I looked it up it said 10 and they were like weird. I walked passed a bunch of workers looking like they weren’t doing anything and close some reason no one could help me cause a check that takes like 2 minutes. I just thought that was dumb and being lazy."

"I realize this is more of a corporate policy issue than anything, and the workers at this store are not at fault, but this store becomes more annoying with every visit. Everything is locked up. There are no bags, not even for the state’s silly fee. During my most recent visit, the multitude of available self-checkouts were shut off and everyone was being funneled into four cashier checkouts. If people are stealing too much of your stuff, that is between you and the state. It’s evident to anyone with eyes that The State of Washington is not dealing effective consequences to shoplifters, but Walmart is a massive corporation. Surely lobbying would be a more productive use of resources than aggravating customers until they start avoiding you."

"Typical experience. Tried to return some unopened cat food, and because it was a part of a box, I would need to return the entire box. But I used it, and these last 2 cans couldn't be opened. They couldn't find food in their system, so I went back to the pet food department and got the box for them. Then they were still perturbed on what to do. After 4 associates and my insistence, I got my refund and returned the food. Way too much effort on my part."

"Cant remember. Because I go there all the time. But I'm sure it wasn't a bad one. I've actually enjoyed seeing all the new displays they have been putting together. Nice to see everything coming together finally."
