"Talked with Hannah in appliances. Explained to her what I wanted in a washer and dryer. She listened carefully and led me right to a tpp loading with agitator washer with a matching dryer. Bought both on the spot. Hannah is a jewel and I am a happy customer!"

"Went in to purchase some things for the house and do some pricing for spring projects and potential large purchase. There were some items on the shelf with a sale tag on them. I grabbed them as they fit what I needed. Got to the register and it turns out that they rang up way cheaper. Was told that they should have been pulled and sent back. They refused to sell them to me. If you won't honor your prices or sell items on your shelves I won't be shopping there anymore. Especially if your employees stop communicating with customers in the middle of a transaction. My project and home needs will be purchased elsewhere now."

"Absolutely despise going to Lowe’s. When I do go there only for convenience it turns into having to go somewhere else because they don’t have it or I’m waiting on an employee to get things down that should already have done. For example… go in at 8 in the morning ant the are only 6 pressure treated deck boards within handling height. But they have a few good employees who have earned my respect for their knowledge and willingness to help."

"Hello, my husband and I are regular customers of Low’s store in Longview. Today (8.2.23) I came to shop for plants and was very disappointed to see horrible and disgusting display of skeletons (these skeletons by the way were 8-12 feet high and one of them had blue flashing eyes) at the entrance (I also had a child with me)! I talked to a first worker I saw and he told me to talk to a manager. When manager came out, I lead her to display and asked: “don’t you think, display like this is very disturbing, especially when you come to a store with children?”. She agreed that display intact can be disturbing, however absolutely refused/didn’t care to do anything about it. She told me that they have nothing to do with it and corporate makes these decisions. Please, tell me why I should come to a home improvement store and be faced with such a disgusting, inappropriate, disturbing display not only for children, it is inappropriate even for adults!? I did not come to see a horror movie. I hope someone will address this to a corporate. Thank you."
