"I'm shocked at all the reviews talking about their helpful staff. I've been in numerous times and never once found anyone to help me. They have great prices though and actually a pretty good selection given the size of their store, I always find what I need. Or at least I think I do, it ends up being a bit of a guessing game since none of the staff will answer my questions."

"Helpful staff which is good cuz I have a heck of a time finding things in the store. They have a small bit of many different things, and that's great except for finding the tiny footprint of merchandizing space the tiny hand files are hidden.great prices but one must be careful to chose things you need to last. Some items are not only inexpensive,but merely cheap Still, for my non-pro needs, I can always find a good deal and keep going back."
