Not only did he use every resource available to him, he was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and sought first to understand, rather than expecting every scenario to fit inside a cookie cutter situation, like newer employees may do at the general customer service desk, sorry! Ivan turned a poor situation into a phenomenal one, and needs a RAISE! John the store manager, is very lucky to have you, and I am appreciative of his accommodating, and logical nature as well. "We made the grievous decision to purchase a smoker/grill from this Home Depot to be gifted to someone in that area for Christmas 2023! Never again!!! The delivery has, to date, not been made! We just got the 1st communication from them A MONTH AFTER ORDERING AND PAYMENT!!! This is completely unacceptable and I'll NEVER shop Home Depot for any reason whatsoever!"

Regardless if it's been an associate, or myself. Through respectful communication anything can be solved, and the associates at home depot understand this. "They cut our sheet vinyl at an angle instead of being square at the ends!!. Being machine cut it should have been perfect but it was completely cut wrong and at an angle, if we wouldn't have had extra that we bought we would have been completely screwed and it made us have to do a lot more measurements n more cutting which was not right. Not happy about this at all!! The flooring quality itself was great and it looks great installed. If they would have cut it correctly I would have given them 5 stars overall."
