"This Starbucks is one I have come to very often. Most times they have delivered us a spectacular performance for drinks. I am unpleased to say, however, today when I came to this Starbucks again, I did not have the best experience. This worker poorly delivered our drinks. They seemed annoyed at anything we asked for, even rolling their eyes, and the drinks felt very unappetizing. I had ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch, and it tasted like pure coffee and nothing else, rather than the delightful Carmel taste with the crunch mixed in. I also got a pink drink, which tasted like water with no flavor. I give this a 3 stars because of this experience, but every other experience was fantastic."
"Ive been a recent regular here and I LOVE the convenience of this place and friendliness of employees but some of the employees dont understand there's a peppermint mocha frappuccino on the menu. Gave my boyfriend a hot peppermint mocha then provided an iced peppermint mocha to fix it without realizing its a frappuccino. Too lazy to drive there myself to ask to re-re-fix this after sending my bf for an errand but this is the second or third time ive experienced the frapp mixup for a hot drink after only being a regular for 3 weeks. I've been to many starbucks locations and never seen mistakes this frequently."
"I go there every time we need to grab groceries from Fred Meyer. Staff is respectful and attentive to details when it comes to orders. I was surprised that they never messed up my drink during my multiple visits over there. My experience with other locations is not good, because they forget details like the soy milk or the extra pump or shot...etc. This one so far has been good. I think the baristas are more relaxed because this branch is not as busy as the other locations, which why we go there because of Wuhan Virus. Less hands mean more clean."
