"I went to the store right before the holidays. Had to pick up a few things to put in the kids stockings. The store is plenty of parking, it's handicap accessible, and there are employees there to assist you if you need help. I was able to find what I needed pretty quickly and then got to check my stuff out at a self-check register. Would recommend for a visit."

"The store crew at 2700 Potomac Mills Cir, Woodbridge VA 22192 are the rudest employees I have ever experienced. How is it acceptable to laugh and make fun of individuals coming into the store because they may not speak perfect English? Is this the type of work culture that five below tolerates? This is completely unprofessional and makes the company look unprofessional and creates a bad image. FYI, this type of behavior does not make customers want to come back and shop in Five and Below Stores."

"This store is in the Potomac Mills Mall. It's always fully stocked with everyday items and interesting pieces. They had a back to school sale and we went in search of gel pens which were on sale."

"I bought a light from the store that was supposed to be blue but it was green so I went back and returned it and bought another one. I get in the car to plug it in and it’s green again, so I had to go back again! So I went back again to return it and an employee said I couldn’t return 2 items. So I asked for a manager. when I told the manager what happened the employee looked at the manager and started laughing like there was some weird inside joke. I had to showed him a picture just so he would believe me and I get my money back. nothing was funny about me spending my hard earned money and time in a store that lacks professionalism and apparently has issues making sure the correct items get in the right box. I buy items from 5 and below literally all the time. The way the employee and manager made me feel today in the hoops, I had to jump through to return a twice defected item, made me really question if I want to deal with the lack of professionalism, maturity, and training in this location EVER again."
