"I have been shopping at JC penny for years in different locations since I moved to VA , JCPenny Wood bridge is the closet one to shop. Customer service is a big issue at this location. The associates at the register by the front door are terrible ( I’m not saying all of them, just 2 or 3 people behind that register) not helpful and have a bad attitude. I ask for help when an item has no price tag, she says NO because she have to look on the apps to find it! Another associate is careless. No smiles or bother to talk when I ask!!! The worse one is the one behind the Jewery register!!! I’m not sure if she is the manager. I had a very bad experience with her. She is unprofessional and rude for no reasons!!! She seems annoyed when I ask questions. Rolling her eyes when I am not sure if I want to buy the earrings. She raised her voice when I ask about the promotions. I bought that item at the end because I like it a lot, But I am not going to shop at that corner again!! Horrible experience!"

"Severely lacking in the baby clothes selection that I needed. What was there was picked over. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels in the womens restroom and I even checked the men's and still no paper towels."

"Man, I don’t know if this store had just been hit by a gang of looters or it was the result of Christmas shoppers, but this place was a disaster. I’ve been in Goodwill locations that were cleaner and more organized than this store. Half the shelves and racks were empty and the other half were random, chaotic messes. Clothes, hangers and trash were strewn about the floor. Management is definitely not doing their job at this location. Maybe this location is going out of business and nobody cares? I don’t know, but I recommend you avoid this location."

"I usually order everything online for home delivery or in store pickup, it is more convenient since I have little kids at home. Today, I went to the store to pick up some bedding items I ordered and what a horrible customer service experience I had. The guy at the service desk was rude and unprofessional for no reason. Anyone that doesn’t like to work with customers shouldn’t be working behind the register. Is not fair for any customer to have to go through this."

"This location is a former JCPenney outlet that was converted to a Full Line Store. It is a little smaller than the other JCP stores in Northern Virginia, but it still has a decent selection of merchandise. The biggest problem at this store is the lack of checkouts. There is usually only one or two cashiers available at the most, and the lines back up and move extremely slow. This takes away from the shopping experience."
