"Buying shoes is not something I write reviews about, but after such a pleasant experience I had to. At one point in life I was a cross country runner and ran 15 miles a day 3-4 times a week. I have purchased a lot of running shoes in my time. My girlfriend brought me here to buy me some new trainers and I have to say the experience was full contact and pleasant from start to finish. Elijah was our associate and I have to say I have never experienced someone so knowledgeable about any companies products. He was great, no kidding. He guided me through the inventory, pointed out all the ones I should focus on based on my needs, gave his input and thoughts, took his time, and really made it an enjoyable experience today.Walked out with a trainers I was happy with and he shared all the policies if I wasn't happy later how they could handle it. I had never had that type of experience before and though new to me set the bar high for my futur shopping. Guarantee you I will be shopping here again. Personalized service was outstanding."

"Updating my review for my most recent experience today (August 4, 2023): So they stopped selling the Brooks Glycerin 19 shoes I've been training in and my current pairs won't last until my ultra marathon this October. I spent nearly an hour with a VERY patient Jacob at Fleet Feet today! He was very attentive and didn't rush me at all!!!!! He gave me different options to find my new right fit! I highly recommend spending quality time with him or anyone there to find your perfect fit!!!!! I am hoping I will love these new shoes as much or more than my old ones! My review from two years ago: Exceptional customer service! Knowledgeable and patient staff! Unbeatable exchange policy! I won't go anywhere else for my running shoes!!!!"

"I had a great experience at FF - Woodbridge. Customer service was attentive and worked to provide a good running shoe for my son. All questions were answered with comprehension and knowledge making me, as a parent, feel assured my pricey purchase was the best option. Even through observation of of other customers, you can tell the employees take care to work on a professional and personal level to meet a customers needs. I am rating this location with four stars as the salesperson forgot to include the insoles he had my son try. Since the insoles worked great in supporting his low arches, I had to return to the store the same day to purchase them. Thank you for the service, FF. When I need a new pair of running shoes myself, I will return."
