"Really bad experience here tonight. Drove 30 minutes to pick up an internet order, Fourth of July outfit, last chance to get it before I go out of town tomorrow. I got there at 7:58, and the doors were locked. So I tried to flag the only employee I could see, and she waved me off. Multiple times. Couldn't stay long enough to try to flag the manager, because I was already running behind to pick up my daughter. I have worked retail and I understand that customers need to respect the employees' time and allow them to close promptly. But I wish the employees understood how important 2 minutes are to busy parents running around for their kids. I will have to go elsewhere for her Fourth of July outfit while we're on the road. Sad b/c I love their stuff, great quality and fashionable, and I've been a very loyal customer."

"I am beyond frustrated and upset about my experience here. I ordered a costume online for my baby for Halloween. It’s her first Halloween and we were excited about dressing her up. I purchased the order and it was supposed to be a store pickup. I came to the store a few days later to see if it had been delivered and I never received a confirmation. The worker Kai asked for my ID which I did not have but would not look up the order by my name. I went back to the car with my baby to get my ID but I left my wallet at home so I went back and showed a photo of my ID he glanced and said he did not see the order and told me to go to their sister store Carter’s. I went there and they did not have it either and gave me the customer service number. After calling customer service they told me they could not see my order and to call the store that was a horrible experience as well. I go in to the store again a few days later and they still say they don’t see it. A week later I call Oshkosh again after waiting 10 days from the order being placed. they said they do not see the order there. I then call customer service again and they help me locate the order. They told me the item had been delivered to Oshkosh 8 DAYS AGO!! I called the store again guess who answers Kai again. I told him that the item should be there and he said he did not see it. Then handed the phone to the manager. She then said she did not see it either and when I told her customer service told me it was there after she checked again she said it was at the bottom and she magically found it. I asked for a refund and she said I have to go in to the store pick up and then return. At this point I’ve been there twice and have to go back again to return. I also had to spend almost twice as much buying from party city and paying for shipping because of their negligence. I will NEVER shop at this location again. Completely horrible service"

"Attitude for what. Tried grabbing a shirt but instead some worker grabbed it for me with a nasty attitude. After getting the shirt she said something something under her breath clearly talking about us."

"I hate going to this store. There is a manager that works there that causes a tense atmosphere. I feel she micromanages the employees and they look depressed when she is around. They are happier when she isn't there. I sense a attitude with this manager. The manager works on Wednesdays. The employees don't need to be micromanaged, they are totally capable and know what the are doing."

"So I went there tonight and simply asked for a bag because mine ripped ! Keep In Mind we shop there just about every other week ! So I ask for bag and the young lady says no .i said look we shop here all the time and my bag ripped can I please gat a bag , and she says NOPE YOU GOTS TO BUY SUMTHIN YO ! just like that in the rudest attitude! I even offered to buy a bag and still wouldn’t! Anyways this used to be a good store but I guess that that can’t afford to hire competent workers , so I Guess they hire just any hoodrat from the street ! What a shame !"
