"Very disappointed… Regular price of the item is $45 Is this mark up price or 50% off ? Store is claiming that the is 50% of and sell it for $50 which is $5 more Don’t buy anything from this store but do buy from adidas online ."

"Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I am a faithful customer of Adidas. I went to the store in Potomac Mills to return an item. The employee who has been serving me since we entered the store had an attitude when we were in line, it's our turn, he doesn't call us. and my husband had to go to him I ask you do you speak Spanish and you don't answer us you keep speaking English I come back and ask you do you speak Spanish and he tells us yes and I tell him why you don't speak Spanish to us and he answers because I don't want to I'm tired and I don't want to and I'm not interested in speaking Spanish with a very bad attitude I ask for the manager and supposedly he is the manager his name is Carlos that's what he said he didn't tell us thank you very bad attitude. I tell him I am a customer and if I ask you to speak Spanish to me because it makes it easier for me he answers I will not speak Spanish to you. I hope they take action on this situation as soon as possible."

"Good outlet store. They do have a very limited selection compared to other Adidas outlets I have been to. The clothing selection is also pretty limited. Didn't have a lot of the sizes I was looking for out front or in the back."

"First let me start by saying, the prices and the selection was good. This 1 star rating is for the RUDE and unprofessional manager that was on duty 3/13/23. I believe his name was Carlos and he was absolutely the most rude and obnoxious people I think I have ever met. Two pairs of identical shoes, both on the clearance wall side by side, same identical half boxes, except for one of the clearance stickers fell off PER 3 different staff persons there. Each one approved the issue and said we would get the second one at the same price as the first one. We ring up, all of a sudden the on duty manager walks up, grabs the shoes, says what’s the problem? We have no problem. We saw where it still wasn’t ringing up the way the other 3 people at the front counter said to do it. He plops the shoes back on the counter, says real nasty like, NO WE AREN'T DOING THAT. We are like huh? Politely we said But your staff approved it and it’s only a matter of $8. And right is right! It’s not our fault your red sale sticker fell off. He was so nasty and had the worst things to say. We still bought them because we wanted the shoes but to have to go through his bad attitude, grabbing our shoes and then laughing at the entire situation was insane. Absolutely would never return to this store for the simple fact that customers are first and they are how you make your living. I could understand if we were rude but to act like that over $8? And we were right? Smh Terrible attitude and terrible customer service."

"I visited the Adidas outlet at Potomac Mills on 12/4/20. I was excited to see what they had to offer. They had the basic sweatshirts, hoodies, and track pants. They also had two rows of shoes for the men, a little more for the women. Everything in the store was 40% off. Nothing really stood out, and there wasn’t much of a variety. Lots of smalls and extra large men’s sizes, medium and large were hard to find."
