"Highly recommend Handy Bikes for a bike purchase! Stopped by today to check out their options for mid-range hybrid bikes (mainly Liv/Giant and Jamis) after visiting several other shops in the area. The owner, Pete, was very helpful and made sure to ask exactly what I was looking for before making any recommendations. He immediately found me a helmet to use for a test ride and ultimately sent me off with three different options around my price point to try. After each ride, he asked what I liked/didn't like and made adjustments from there. I appreciated how much Pete trusted my perception of each ride -- he never made me feel out of my depth even though I'm no bike aficionado. He was friendly and absolutely fantastic to work with! I left with the perfect bike for me (on sale!), which includes a year of free labor should anything go wrong. Will be sending all my friends to this shop!"
"I came in with a broken spoke on the rear wheel of my bike. They immediately put in an order for the replacement spokes to repair the wheel and an additional half dozen spares for me. Their customer service is just as great as when I had them rebuild the entire drivetrain on my bike two years ago. I'm looking forward to getting back on the road next week!"
