"If I could give it 0 stars I would. My family and I moved here in June and since then it's been issues from finding holes in our apartment, to roaches and rodents, to our fridge not working properly, plumbing issues and more. Office will say they put a ticket in for maintenance but no one ever comes until you keep calling and harass them with demand letters to fix things and even then they act like we are bothering them to do THEIR JOB. The only one who use to get our issues addressed right away was Jospeh but he is no longer with them and now you'll be waiting from weeks to months to get things fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone!"
"I would give them negative 17 stars if i could. Someone broke into my little sisters house TWICE all under a year. The broke her door off the hedges and instead of them getting her a new door, the maintenance people only put 2 other screws and they just broke in the apartment AGAIN YESTERDAY. she called lease office to get the corporates number and they told her they don’t have it… BUT STILL expect her to pay her rent IN FULL …. BFFR."
"Let me tell y’all, back in the day it may have been rough out Oxford but these days everything has changed around with them. Management is amazing, they try everything in their power to get you approved! The process was quick and easy! The apartments are updated and so are the appliances! I love how they remodeled the community. I must say Joseph in the office handled my paperwork & he was very friendly and understanding. He promised to get me in the door and he kept his word! I’m thankful for Bay Creek Apartments!!"
"I love bay creek it is the best smelling complex I've ever been too the staff is so nice and the people there are so amazing. My grandpa died in bay creek in his rocking chair and I too the apartment ever since I've been happy and been making a bond with all the rats,roaches and slugs. Me and the rodents actually became one wit the universe and now we are unstoppable and I'm not going to lie I don't know how people been complaining I like wen the maintenance man doesn't come because I get to smell the must and the rust in the bathroom. They say my apartment smells like Jeffery Dahmers but I don't mind I take it as a complement."
