"I lived in Church Creek Apartments for two years and through out my time we had a few different property managers a lot that were not cut out for the job. The last two property managers we had, Andrea ,and Carolyn got things done. I would like to give a huge THANKS to Carolyn Hemingway she was always welcoming and made sure she did what she said she would. If there was ever a time she was unsure of something or a question she couldn’t answer she went through proper channels to ensure she gave you the correct information. She did not hesitate to go the extra mile for her tenants, and you never had to wait long for a response. I just want to say thank you again Carolyn for what you do and continue to do for your current and future."
"I’ve been in these apartments for 2 years. I absolutely love the neighborhood very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Carolyn Hemingway is the best….she get things done and actually answers the phone and if she’s not there, she gives you a call back in a reasonable amount of time which was a problem I had with the previous people in office. Also, Daryl Hall, the new maintenance guy is on his “A” game when I put in work orders he usually come same day or next day, and he also gives great advice on maintaining certain things in the apartment, which is well needed ,you can tell he is passionate about his job."
