"I find this to be one of the better Food Lions. They are as helpful as you want them to be, they have decent produce, they have a fair amount of organic items... Just wish I knew if they sold propane because I need some right now"
"On Tuesday December 5th around 2235 I entered my local Food Lion to pick up a few items. Well unfortunately my experience was plagued with what appears to be racism/discriminatory behaviors from the Supervisor Steve or Steven which ever his name is he's excessively overweight, and also another employee a guy who appears older disheveled he looks like a homeless person but he works there at Food lion both individuals are Caucasian. I can say 100% I was being followed around the store it was so obvious and I felt so uncomfortable. My anxiety was through the roof I didn't even continue my shopping I instead left with a few items. I like to mention that me and my boyfriend shop here all the time, I have never stolen anything in my life im quite sure I generate enough income to afford a lawyer if this continues. The guy at the register was quite polite and poise but those two other guys Steve and the bum were unpleasant and unwelcoming. Poor service from 2 people with poor IQs"
"On 3 different occasions I've gotten spoiled meat from them tonight I got a bad pack of turkey lunchmeat and whenever you have to return something even if you have the recipt it's like the employees are offended. Not.shopping here anymore."
"Store manager protected a lady that left her 2 dogs in the car as she shopped for 30min. I had some choice words for her and let her know that I’d be outside waiting to continue the conversation and the manager walked her out as I let her know that every customer thanked me on their way out. As I waited for her he stared out of the window watching me. I went back in to make sure he was watching me instead of telling the poop head customer to leave to get the dogs out of the heat. He handled the situation very poorly. Do better new manager guy."
"You can find what you need and also variety but I don’t think that the quality is top tier. It’s clean and the employees are polite. I love their kids cart that says “customer in training” It’s a hit with my kids!"
