"Came in the store looking for topsoil. There were two male employees standing at the paint center, no one offered to help us, but right behind us was a couple with dogs. They were given a friendly greeting and helped instantly as we kept wandering searching for help. Finally a gentleman named Clint walked by and said he’d be glad to help as soon as he cut a chain for another customer. We went outside and waited a few minutes and then decided to leave and head to Home Depot."

"It can be good. Find someone there who knows what they're talking about and you can [probably] get an answer to anything. I wouldn't bother calling. Usually better prices by 5-10% then Lowes or Home Depot. If you live within 10 miles, and are there enough to ask questions, and savvy enough to order online...then, it's possible this makes sense for you."
