"Ordered washer and dryer that's stackable and ventless. Took weeks for delivery, no problem. They delivered, forgot to hook up the extra hose for the dryer and then threw away the piece. Couldn't get a new washer dryer for 4 weeks. So it's been 6 weeks total. Today they come to deliver, drop the washer. So we're out another week or so depending. Worst experience I've had with any business ever. Been without a perfectly working washer and dryer that they took out for what will be 2 months."
"Not my first choice but better than Lowe’s. Staff interaction in my opinion can be a mixed bag, sometimes helpful and sometimes dismissive. The speed at which they rearrange or move products around can be disorienting. Sometimes things are not where they logically should be but asking usually results in a speedy answer and then you’re headed down the right aisle. They made changes in the veterans discount program and for older individuals like my father that doesn’t do computers or smart phones they are left out."
"I will have say that if you know what you need this place is great. However if you need help with something good luck. I ordered a dishwasher here and after the third attempt at an install they told me they couldn't do it. It's a complete breakdown between the install company and the store. Total disfunction. Was going to rent an aerator from them but the man helping me seemed to be hung over and didn't want to help me at all. Convinced me to go to another rental store to get it. Another person working in the home garden area was very rude to my wife when helping her get mulch. If you need help with anything don't go here."
