"Man let me say that laser hair removal from you all have been a great experience! I've been growing what I call a she-beard since high school. I was very ashamed of it. I've used nearly every method (except laser treatments) to get rid of it. After about a week of those other methods, the she-beard would grow back. Well, now that I’m older and can spend a little more on taking care of myself, I contacted Ideal Image, had a consultation, and after my first treatment the first week of Dec2023 until now (Feb32024), Ive had almost no growth. That makes me extremely happy. The sections of my treatment are neck and chin. And again I am extremely happy with the results. Minimal to no pain during treatment.The staff are very friendly. "I went in for my first session with Jade. She was very friendly and gave me honest feedback on which sections I should get done. She asked me if I wanted to do more than one area today and because I had taken the day off I said yes. She managed to get me in for all 3 areas I wanted done. I will definitely be back to this location. Also with my original virtual consultation the information wasn't all correct and due to an unexpected event my original first session date had to be canceled by Ideal Image. The Newport News store manager spoke to me on the phone and did everything she could to make it right. Their customer service, professionalism and care for the customer was/is excellent. Thank you!"
