"The first time with them was a great experience, but the second made me never go back. Booked an appointment in advance the barber was out sick, and the appointment was canceled. Yes I did receive notice of this, but no mention of "Hey, let's reschedule or anything else." Left right before the holidays looking for a fresh cut. Thankfully for them not responding was able to find a great barber at another shop that was to get me in last minute."
