"I asked for a trim. She cut my A frame haircut to one length, and missed a strand when cutting. Didnt trim any of my layers. So now I literally only have length of a longer bob.... THAT ISNT EVEN!!!!! And they dont offer refunds so I could either accept I got ripped off or risk them ruining my hair even more"
