"Meridian Harborview is a wonderful community to live in. The management is friendly, responsive, informative, and genuinely cares about the residents. All my work order requests have been responded to within 24 hours and if the issue hasn’t been fixed yet, they regularly follow up with updates on timing. The community is quiet and respectful, I feel proud to call it my home."

"Meridian Harbourview is an excellent place to live. I've lived here almost 1 1/2 years at this point and feel it is probably one of the best complexes in Suffolk. The management staff is friendly, personable, and consistently communicative - notifying residents of upcoming events and other ongoings in the complex and surrounding area. - Maintenance: Fantastic. I've had very few instances where I needed maintenance to come repair something, but they have always been addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are friendly and courteous as well, and they also conduct quarterly inspections (with plenty of notice). - Trash: Currently, Valet Living provides trash pickup most days of the week. It's a nice convenience - considering most of the issues with the trash compactor came from other residents improperly using it. I've noticed that ever since they started offering the trash pick-up service, issues with the trash compactor have decreased. - Internet: Telcom is the only provider for internet and cable, but this is the case for a lot of the more luxury complexes in Suffolk. I have experienced less than 5 actual outages in my time here. They are honestly far more reliable and communicative than I expected them to be. They even communicate ahead of time when they are performing maintenance, and multiple times as they work to remedy an outage. Good luck getting that from other providers. I do suggest bringing your own wireless router, however - I suspect most of the negative comments come from individuals using leased equipment."

"WOW!! the facility, property and amenities are absolute amazing!! Granted that the only WiFi available in the area is Telcom, It is probably the internet that i have had I have only had one outage with my 6 months in my apartment (better then cox by far)! My maintenance request have been address and resolved in a timely manner, and the maintenance staff are professional and efficient. Don't even get me started on the amazing office staff, they organize amazing resident events. The ladies (Miranda, Kristina, and Kayla) do a phenomenal job of keeping residents up to-date on events and important events taking place on the property. I would like to say a huge thank you to the Meridian Harbourview staff, for making my little time left in Virginia absolutely amazing!! Thank you for everything that y'all do!!! -Bradley Sadler"

"This establishment is actually fairly nice and the management is very professional. However there are many issues within this community. For starters, cars get broken into almost weekly. They are also sending out emails telling their tenants to watch out and lock their cars. The trash compactor is broken on a regular basis. They then tell you hold on your trash because you can not pile it by the compactor? What are we supposed to do, leave rotting food inside our apartment because they can't fix the compactor? Many tenants also smoke marijuana on a daily basis as well as blast music at late hours. Management simply sends out an email and nothing ever gets fixed. You should start preparing to move out during your move in. You are also forced to pay for the worst internet and cable services as they only have one vendor. Internet and cable services will go down every other week. There is also dog feces everywhere on premises so you must watch where you step at all times. The apartments however are very nice and the amenities are nice as well. With all this being said, I would not recommend this complex to anyone as it is not worth the price."
