"Cottage #1 at the Pinner House was a lovely space. Very private and they really stocked the kitchen well, with both snacks and plates, knives, a hot water heater, microwave, even a cutting board. Lovely gardens and easy to get to downtown. I also appreciated that it was well lit inside and plenty of outlets and good wifi."

"The Pinner house was perfect! We stayed here for our anniversary. The room was so cute and the bed was so comfy. We got an in house massage that was worth every single penny. Amazingly beautiful grounds. The owner came up and was so kind and took pictures of us. So kind. Cafe davina was adorable and delicious! Their dog was cute."
"Beautiful, grand old home in a lovely, small main street type community. Late check in was easy, and private. Privacy was held paramount by our gracious hosts, whom we only met when we sought them out. This stay was for us - a romantic getaway where a couple in love could pamper each other. And our hosts pampered us with classic accommodations, respect for our privacy, comfortable and tasteful furnishings - all accentuated with gracious service. We will visit again!"
"The Pinner House is absolutely gorgeous! We came here to celebrate our anniversary and was not disappointed at all. The location was perfect- we went to the Hampton Jazz Festival and didn’t have to stay in a hotel with congested traffic. The cafe had amazing crepes and coffee and the bed was so comfortable! We did not receive the complimentary breakfast that everyone raved about, which was disappointing. Otherwise, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and everything we needed was graciously provided for us. What a hidden gem!"
