"We stay here several times a year while traveling back & forth from NJ & Florida by way of the Delmarva Peninsula. This hotel is out of the Norfolk traffic, clean and the beds & bedding are very nice. Beautiful breakfast room with a very nice breakfast & some nice touches like iced lemon pound cake & chocolate almond streusel pound cake. The staff is friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed our over night stay & highly recommend this Hampton Inn."
"Wonderful stay here. From booking the reservation with Whitney to checked in by welcoming Tia, and Shantay making sure we had extra toiletries and providing recommendations for dining options- this was a great stay. The free hot breakfast was delightful- not fancy but every thing u need to start your day. Clean rooms and facilities. Unfortunately there was a broken down elevator that they are fixing, but it was not a long wait for the one functional elevator in the building. Totally recommend this place. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable."
"After a nightmare experience at a DIFFERENT hotel, Sabrina and her staff at this Hampton Inn were WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was kind, great variety at breakfast, and the rooms and pool were clean. Housekeeping was great, efficient and polite. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
"My family stayed 4 nights here and never once received room service. We had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper and never got extra towels. Our trash was overflowing. Not only that, but none of the staff was friendly. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed uninterested in anything. When I booked the room, I reserved connecting rooms. I asked the lady to make sure we had those and she said this hotel doesn’t have any connecting rooms. I told her that when I booked it they did. She repeated that they didn’t have them. When we got to our rooms, they were in fact connecting. The price when I booked the two rooms and the price they charged my card was $60+ different. I have nothing good to say about this hotel."
