"This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in. We booked this place for one night, and I w I hadn’t. To start, when we walked in the guy who was supposed to be manning the front desk was in the lobby eating tacos with a lady. He had to walk around to get behind the front desk and then proceed to check us in. He seemed bothered while checking us in. Proceeding up to the room, immediately I noticed how dirty everything was. I had to use the bathroom, so of course I sprayed it with lysol and wiped it down. The tissue I used to wipe it was black. As if the toilet had never been wiped down. There was a little spider web and spider living in the bathroom as well. When I looked in the tub, there were reddish orange rings in the tub and it was filled with dirt. The counters were disgusting as well. When we went down to ask for a new room, the guy seemed even more perturbed, because he was fully eating in the lobby and had to walk around again to service us. He filled something out in some book. Had us standing there for a good 10 minutes. Asked us what was wrong with the room. We explained the filth. He couldnt care less. He gave us a new room, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience, nothing. I was so irritated I didn’t go up to check the second room, we left the hotel. We came back an hour later, at this time there was no one at front desk. We get to the second room, and its still absolutely filthy. There were stains on the sheets. What appeared to be blood on the pillows. Sticky stuff on the cubed cushions. The pillows for the couch had gunk on them and were purposely turned around by housekeeping so that you wouldn’t see it. It actually made me throw up how disgusting it was. The couch had holes in it. This room was horrendous. I went down to complain to front desk again, but of course no one was there. I asked for a refund through hotwire and the hotel did not oblige. Beware of this disgusting place. It should be shut down."

"Stayed in June, room was fine, staff was ok could’ve been a tad friendlier. If here in the summer there is no humidity control in the hallways so they feel like a sauna and despite the outward appearance of the hotel, have the most suspect and rickety sounding elevators of any that I’ve ever been in."

"We’ve stayed there on 2 occasions. The first time check in was easy, the room was ok. The pool area was dirty but we made the best of it. The second time(last night)… I was charged a $100 hold on my card in addition to the room fee(they didn’t do this last time)… but that’s ok… I’ll get that back. The front desk guy was slightly brash and rude. The room had hair all over the floor.. lots of it. Toilet paper and urine in the toilet from the previous guest… we went to the pool and saw a roach the size of a chihuahua… he was on a small raft enjoying a cocktail… completely disgusted we went back to our room… we were trying to get our 4 year old to sleep but the guests across the hall were loud… smoking cigarettes and weed… constant traffic in and out. I counted 6 guys in and out. I called the front desk. The girl assured Mr she’d “handle” it. She went to the door… saw them all in there smoking and partying, told them “I’m cool, you have a neighbor complaining but don’t worry about them… if I was off work I’d come party too”…. Completely disrespectful and had no regard for us. They kept us up til 3am and the whole hotel floor was a hotbox… they were definitely smoking Reggie though cause we didn’t even catch a contact buzz… just sniffles and stinky clothes. We’re done staying at this place… real talk."

"The cleaning people NEVER replaced our towels or provided any room service for the entire 4 days. The lady at the front desk said she would place a cleaning notice, the next day NOTHING. The day after that, I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, he too said he would place a cleaning notice, AGAIN NOTHING. There was a little sign on the bathroom mirror stated that after the third day, you'll get room service, but if you request service, you will get it before."

"This hotel is great location to stay night rest driving from PA to Outer Banks. Suites are huge with separate sleeper sofa, super comfy king size beds, fridge w freezer, microwave and single serve coffee pot. Has indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet was decent and is 6-9 am. Only issue was checking in as it was late after 9pm but only 1 staff at front desk. Felt bad for her as she had line of 5 guests including us to check in and 3 hotel guests waiting for extra towels or to buy drink/snacks."
