"I am a current resident. I am a good tenant and pay my rent on time. I am so unhappy with our living conditions ! I have called the rental office several times since the Corono Pandemic regarding foul odors in the hallway. My apartment is on the second floor in building 137. Entering the front entrance of the building, all the way up the entire staircase. The odor smells like a sick and unwashed animal. The odor was so foul one day, I asked the Gentleman from the answering service to Please send some one to do a wellfare check . Three months later, the odor is still present. Maintenance do a good job cleaning the hallway but the odor is coming from inside one of the units. The air quality in the hallway is poor. I have stopped having visitors because I don't want any one else to get sick. I spent several days in the hospital because of pneumonia in my lungs and other medical conditions. I will move as soon as my least expires.I pray this post will help other families to find a safe and clean environment to call home.Be Blessed!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! 1. Office leaves letters on your door stating that maintenance is doing A/C filter changes/inspections of apartment but NO ONE ever shows up on the specified day (I work from home, so I know that no one comes) 2. If you have a stupid maintenance issue, the maintenance people are there right away, but if you have a serious issue like the A/C not working in the middle of summer, god forbid they come fix it. Our A/C has gone out 4 times since we moved in! (And we can't open windows because we have none!!) 3. There is not a reserved parking lot for the people who rent, it's a public parking lot. Several cars have gotten broken into and vandalized. Personally my car has been towed twice for supposedly being abandoned in a public parking lot.. and my catalytic converter was cut off my car along with my exhaust in the middle of the night! 4. The fire alarm always goes off 5. The walls are thin, you can hear everyone around you"

"I was initially super excited about moving in to these apartments. The staff was extremely friendly, I got approved, I moved in, the whole nine yards. On the morning of Sunday, November 24th, I rolled out of my bed, took two steps and boom...one of the boards beneath me broke and I fell through the floor!! If it had not been for a structural beam I would have gone through the ceiling of the apartment below me. After this, I called the emergency maintenance number to have the issue immediately addressed and requested that one of the property managers call me back because I now felt completely unsafe in this property. I was called by the handy man whom told me the floor was patched, come to find out it was a 1/4 in thick sheet of plywood!! After two days of walking around in this unsafe living condition, I called Legends Property Groups call center and requested that some one call me again because I had not heard anything. A few hours later I was called by one of their representatives, Debra, whom swept my concerns about the property aside as if they did not matter in the least bit. After several minutes of me telling here how uncomfortable I was in the apartment, she said she would talk to corporate and give me a call tomorrow. I called her 3 days later, now Friday December 1st, because I had once again heard nothing and she said she talked to corporate and they had said they would just patch the board nothing more. There were multiple other places on the floor that felt soft and bowed when weight was put on them. I then asked if there was any way they could either move me to a downstairs apartment in the same building or move me to another building in the Legends Property group, to which I was essentially told the floor is fine get over it, corporate said no. I would say to anyone thinking about living in one of this companies properties DON'T!!! The apartment didn't have all the lighting fixtures in it when I moved in and on top of that, if there is any kind of safety concerns... you don't matter they have their money!!"
