"Had a horrible experience being served by the cashier. She did not put on any gloves while making smoothies, had ears buds on, and took a really long time to get the smoothies out. When I asked for a refund she stormed off into the back…all the other workers seemed to be working diligently. I hate how these places ask for tips up front when I haven’t even been served yet."

"Ordered a high protein meal from this location via door dash. I don’t get to eat out often so when I do . My expectations aren’t high. The banana was completely rotten. 100% inedible and the more insulting part is some deliberately put that banana in the bag. The wrap did have the extra chicken I requested. Which I’m assuming is why it was ripped almost in half. That , or they just didn’t care, which is already evident given the banana. Then that brings me to the protein smoothie. Which frankly I just don’t trust given the other two items I received. TL:DR Worse tropical Iv ever visited."
"What is this. EDIT: after their comment. We ordered three smoothies, only got one. This "quesadilla" was missing most of the ingredients. The smoothie we did get was wrong. We requested a refund and was told they were not able to do it, because they didn't know how. This is not the first time, but the second time at this location. I recommend retraining or changing the staff."
