"Waited almost an hour only to have the driver come with the wrong food. Told me to call the store to tell them he got the wrong order. Call them and they said they didn’t know when they could send another driver out because they were busy. Ended up cancelling the order. They didn’t seem to mind they lost the sale. He offered to cancel the order actually. Probably will stick to local pizza joints. Little pricier, but better service. If you’re in the Ashburn area or when Broadlands, consider ordering from Manhattan Pizza. They’re really good."
"This is the second online order I've placed with this location where I've ordered chicken alfredo BREADbowl that did not come in a bowl of bread. If I wanted pasta in an aluminum pan, I'd make it myself. Please take your time reading the order. If there's a third time, I'm switching stores. Edit: And I would like to add that it barely has any sauce on it. Come on now..."
