"I just called and ordered a Medium thin and crispy Meat lovers! I've been ordering from you all for years! And As finished my order the guy on [phone asks me if I'm going to give the delivery guy a tip! Before he even tells me the price? I don't know who trains your staff but asking customers up front about tips, that, Which are by NO MEANS mandatory is off putting! I cancelled the order! I mean you guy's charge a $5 dollar delivery fee? And expect tips for drivers thats double dipping! I usually give the tip anyway not anymore, who are you to ask people whether or not they are going to tip? I'm going to write Your Corporates main office and Better Business bureau, and complain! If you did to me you'll do it to others so others should know what goes on at your store! A once loyal customer!"

"I have been going to Paisanos for years. I love their food. The salads are fresh. The pizza is on point. There are so many sandwich options. The kids menu is super affordable. A must try. I grew up in Burke and I remember with the owners started the restaurant chain. I’m so please it has grown all over the Washington metro area. Now I live in Loudoun County and frequently visit the location in Ashburn. Every time I go in there I’m greeted with a smile. But I want to give a special shout out to Brian. He is amazing. He grabs my order before I even enter the building. It means a lot to me to be recognized and appreciated. I’m sure I’m not the only person he remembers, but it makes a person feel special and want to come back. Thank you Brian!!"

"Order a meatball sub. The meatballs tasted frozen. They weren't in sauce. The way they had it was the frozen meatballs with a little bit of pizza sauce poured over the meatballs then cheese on top of that. Every other place I have been to the meatballs are in a sauce. My husband had a steak and cheese sub that was as dry as cardboard."

"WOW! This pizza is delicious! We had ordered a medium cheese pizza, garlic knots, and a small salad. All of it is so good! The pizza is saucy with a crispy crust, and the garlic knots are crisp on the outside and doughy inside. The salad was fresh and met all expectations. We will definitely be ordering again!"
