"Summer 2023: Standard Papa Johns product and service. Delivery drivers have been more consistent than other local services. The single time a delivery driver errored, management more than made up for it. I'd like to reduce a star for how much I pay to have a large Papa Johns pizza delivered, but I won't in this economy. December 2023: I have to rescind and revise my rating. This branch has deteriorated substantially in the quality of their service. In my last three orders I have dealt with delivery drivers getting lost, inaccurate orders, and forgotten items. Unlike dominos, the Papa John's app does not seem to offer a method to make claims of poor service, so I have to physically pick up a phone to call the branch... it's almost 2024 - get with the times. I will be putting this place into timeout for one year."

"They like to give muslim families pepperoni pizzas and then tell them to “screw off” when they try to get the situation resolved. Unprofessional attitude along with terrible service. The manager needs to be replaced ASAP."

"i didn’t get the name of the man i spoke with, but the order i received was wrong. he told me to call later for a credit. i asked, why would i need to call later (having been on hold for 10 minutes) and he scuffed and said he could credit me for the order. i said you can re-deliver the correct or or issue me a refund. he was short and rude. i get it, it’s a chain. i worked a chain for 5 years too long but you should have the decency to approach customer complaints with a measure of care. here’s to hoping i actually get me refund. based on the recording i listened to for the extended period of time, the owner of this location is a local resident. so if you take mind to reviews, please remind your managers of proper procedure for handling customer complaints."
