"Pizza is good. Service is awful. When the restaurant is dead - and you place and order for take out, you expect the food to be ready within the 30 min time frame they quoted. Well - 50 mins later they forget half the order of 2 pizzas and 2 10-count wings. No urgency to make up time and no apology or offer of credit or refund. There needs to be someone who can work the back other than a teenager."
