"I eat at Chipotle often. Went there with my young daughter who wants the Cheese Quesadilla meal with 2 quesadillas. The guy makes them, then cooks them, and then the cashier says I can't ring them up. We don't have a way. At my "home" Chipotle this is never an issue. This place says either pay for a second whole kids meal or don't get it. So they end up throwing away a perfectly good cooked kids quesadilla. Attitude from the cashiers. I even asked about ringing it up as something else. They said they can't do that."
"Cold food. Stale chips. Hardly an entire scoop of chicken. I ordered 2 things and kept being rushed down the line being asked by 3 different people what I wanted on the bowl while someone else was asking me what I want on the burrito. Asked for items on the side and I don't know if they don't know English or just purposely don't listen -- they just threw it on top instead. Agree with others that staff don't care and will literally toss your food into your bowl/burrito and throw it in the bag. 2 people in line so not sure why they're always so rushed."
"There service is very bad. They show attitude, they don’t look at your face and talk.! I can’t believe I’m gonna say this but what is wrong with this Hispanic people. Why they are so rude they don’t know any behavior or they don’t care. Suddenly they becoming racist day by day. I wanted to take a drink but she was showing attitude. I said can I have the lemonade. She said which one bottle one ? So I pointed out to the board which says clearly organic lemonade and said : that one organic lemonade. She said I don’t know which one is that? It’s a drink right? She was very rude. Even the portion was less not full bowl. But it’s fine. At least learn how to talk to people. Not only that I think she charge me extra for the drink. If you see that receipt $3.45 - Tractor Lemonade?"
"The best Chipotle! I ordered online for fast pickups and usually other Chipotle would do half scoops instead of full scoops or what so ever. But this store did really give me generous amounts. I am very satisfied. I also ordered some salsa on the side and they got it ready accordingly. One of salsa wasn't closed all the way so it leaked but it was okay."
