"This is the first time I've had the opportunity to try Sbarro even though I've been to multiple different malls with Sbarros in them The staff at the Dulles Mall location were very friendly and polite and seemed to maintain a positive attitude even though they were very busy. We ordered 2 of the XL NY style slices and they were very very good. I love the fresh crispness of the dough throughout the slice and the ingredients were fresh as well. I dont know if you can order Sbarros "by the pizza" instead of "by the slice" but I'll definitely be a regular if you can"

"Pooooor customer service by the little Spanish person. She shouldn't work if she has problems with people. It was a really a bad experience trying to order their special at 2:15pm Sunday July 18th. Hope a owner, manager or supervisor does something with this uneducated person working for this company. Sbarro at the mall of Sterling VA."
"Personally, one of my favorite pizza places. I've been going here since I was a very young child, around 6 years old, and I still stop by to grab a slice every now and then when I'm in the area. The food is great and the staff are easy to deal with."
