"They didn’t put soy sauce for rolls :-( no chopsticks either , it as to go order , but food is good."
"My family love Sarku Japan’s Chicken Teriyaki and have been visiting Dallas Mall location very often. Last time, 2 days back, I noticed very less quantity of chicken and immediately raised my concern. At first, cooks didn’t understand what I was talking. Later lady from cash counter came and said quantity is correct. I asked for manger and she said he is not there and will come tomorrow. She was reluctant to add more quantity. When I said that I am going to call cops as this is cheating she immediately offered me refund. I do not like this behavior. My kids were very hungry and waiting for food. All this incident made them suffer and had to settle down on food from other shop. One side you are increasing the price and other end reducing the quantity. Absolutely not fair and I do stand against this kind of business tactics."
"No cause what the hell I used to love this place till they did this, this compared to the other pictures is nothing. They completely robbed me! The food doesn’t taste the way it used to. No flavor. The pictures online are definitely misleading and wrong to compare to what you actually get. I’m probably not gonna buy again"
"This restaurant is located in food court in Dulles town center mall. It is my favorite one. My loved menu is chicken and shrimp teriyaki w/ vegetable. The taste is always awesome. The price is cheap."
"This lady named Monica is supposedly the Manager of this restaurant in which I bought an order of Chicken Takiyaklo. I also ordered fried rice and vegetables but she picked up the vegetables that were thrown out, who knows how long they put them in the containers, it was almost empty which was what she was going to serve to me and to the customer after me. I asked her not to put the vegetables, to give me something more and she said with no with an attitude that if I did not want not to put them but I was not going to give anything more. I told her to give me back the money. I’m disappointed they way she treated me as a customer, Especially from the manager of the restaurant. They should train their managers to not give horrible customer service to their customers."
