"I asked the lady at the coffee place if I could get coffee there and then seat and she said that is fine. 15 mins later, an unfriendly woman came asking for me to order and I told her I ordered. She said that’s to go and I’ll need to order to stay seated. What a bad service experience."
"Worst service ever!! Waited at the restaurant reception to have us seated for 10 mins. To add to the misery no one came to attend us for good 15 mins until we had to go in and call the waiter. Food quality was not great either. Absolutely not recommended!"
"Horrible experience. I received meal vouchers from my airline due to 2 cancelled flights and came here to eat directly after receiving them from the ticket counter that was in the airport. Server was fine until I said I would pay with the vouchers, then she became rude saying they don’t accept that. The voucher was valid for airport restaurants which cafe americana is. Her name was Mascara (sp?) C. I tried asking her why and other questions regarding the voucher but she kept on walking away. I ended up paying cash and went to talk to the airline that issued the voucher. They said that it should work and offered me proper and good customer service, (suggestions to be reimbursed) unlike this restaurant. Came back to point out that this voucher should have been accepted and she accused me of underpaying the bill, in which I quickly pulled out the receipt to show her she was wrong. Then after I showed her the instructions on the voucher and its number, expiration date, etc. she walked away from me and would not talk to me afterwards. Management will be contacted about this incident additionally. Absolutely shameful behaviour."
"Located at Baggage Claim 15. Theme is like a sports bar. They have international airline status screens inside the bar so you won't miss anything if you are waiting for someone to arrive. Expect to pay around $20 for typical meals or snacks. They can seat around 50 people and only had 2 clients on Tuesday evening. You can also go to Starbucks, located nearby although the wait there seemed more than this place."
