"Shame to Banana republic in Woodbridge branch this issue been going 6yrs ago just by reading the reviews! I believed this is the same old lady that I have dealt with today! My mom, my daughter and my aunt when their and shopping. We got 13 items all together lol its Thursday not busy at all! Lol but I think she hate that all she gave us is mean and nasty sarcastic attitude, I never had that experience in any Cashier ever but this store has horrible in customer service and that is because of that old lady. She mentioned she is working there for 10yrs lol thats why everytime we visit the store always empty! Well because The old lady in the Cashier is very rude! I tried to ignore her nasty attitude because she's old and crampy but please if you don't like your job quit lol! I always go shopping in Banana republic but this is the only store that I experienced how rude i that lady was I call the reoprt he I hope I will never see her rude, nasty attitude!"

"This store is only “outlet factory” in name. The deals are not true deals. 40% off of $90 - making work plants like the Sloan slightly over $53 is not a deal, that’s just regular price. The best deals are at the Williamsburg outlet. Skip this one and go there instead."

"I understand that policies are to be in place, but unfortunately this location doesn't like to help customers with their return needs. I know for sure they can do something to give you store credit for your returns. But like I said they don't like helping. I hope their district manager see this and react to and have a talk to the SM"

"I ordered some jeans from Banana Republic hoping to find new white ones I like. Although they were very nice and it seems like they were well made I had issues with the fit and decided not to keep them. This is when I met Sarah, the store manager or at least A store manager I’m not really sure. Oh my goodness she was so nice and helpful. I can not say enough about her customer service and how she made me feel like a valued customer. I have not had great customer service experiences it seems as of late, but Sarah renewed my faith that there are still employees and companies that try to make things right for customers. She was soooooo great helping me through my issue and going in the store with my return I felt like I was talking to a friend. The store in Potomac Mills is a beautiful store actually and was very clean and organized. I was greeted by a nice gentleman as I can in to find this wonderful lady after calling and speaking to her on the phone. I left with a huge smile and my whole experience with this Banana Republic purchase was five stars. If I could give Sarah ten stars for her understanding and going above and beyond in her customer service I most certainly would. This store and the manager are top notch and you can’t go wrong shopping here. Thank you Sarah"
