"First got to the room the toilet would not flush..maintenance had to fix it...Im just coming off a 10 hr flight. The room was filthy. The wifi didn't work. I turned the heater on and the fumes Triggered the smoke alarm to go off. The guests on the floor above me got up at 4 am kids running laps back and forth...other loud bangs and loud talking. I talked to Maurice the on site manager...he told me to go up there and ask them to be quiet. This was the worst travel experience I've ever had!! No one answers the front desk. I paid for one week but checked out after two nights if hell...When I checked out manager said " you know there's no refunds?" I said I don't care I just got to get out of this place. He could care less about my stay...never tried to make it right.....took my business elsewhere. I am an avid reviewer...I plan to review my experience every where...I don't want anyone else to experience this nightmare."
"Great location!! There are plenty of places to shop at, and go out to eat or just grab a snack. The staff is great from the Manager Maurice to the Housekeeper Lisa! The rooms are clean, fresh, and updated. All around its been a great place to stay."
"Let me start off with the manager. Maurice, if I got his name correctly, was exceptional. Big up yuhself sir! You're doing a fabulous job. He was very professional and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. The only problem we had was with housekeeping. We stayed two weeks and not once did any housekeeping staff show up. Other than that, everything was fine. My only reason for giving service a 4 was because of housekeeping otherwise I would have given a 5."
