"This was my first time dining at this franchise. We went around 4, the wait was about 45 minutes, and we received a text for our party to enter within about 30 minutes. The waitress seemed attentive first, but the service we received after that was less than satisfactory. The food came out in a timely manner, but when I received my food, it was lukewarm as if it had been sitting around for a minute. I ordered the chicken and bacon mac n' cheese. It was a bit salty, and because it was warm, it made it worse. The waitress finally came to the table and asked how the food was. The others in my party were satisfied with theirs, but I told her mine was lukewarm. She said she would see what she could do. A manager, I assume, came to the table and asked if I wanted a fresh dish. I told her yes, and within about 10 minutes, I received a freshly made plate. It was piping hot and tasted better. The waitress came and asked about the dish, I told her it was better, and asked for a box to carry out the rest of my food. In checking out, you are able to pay through the kiosk at the table, which was convenient. If and when I return, I will not order the same dish and hope for a better experience."
"Checking in online helped speed up the seating process. We were able to wait in our vehicle until we received the text our table was ready. The service was outstanding!! Our server was very knowledgeable and offered options. The food arrived hot and delicious. Definitely recommend...we will return!!"
"ELECTRIC! Bright, clean, quirky and fun! I love everything about this place. Food is delicious. Wait staff super nice and well versed in menu options. Really love the queso dip—-try it, you won’t be disappointed. If you order fries, try the onion rings instead—large, lightly battered and yummy! I had the fish dinner and my co-workers had other options. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order. Y’all hit the mark with this one! Don’t change a thing!"
"We were seated immediately although the place was super busy. Our waitress, Samaya, was exceptional! The food was exceptional too! I had a wonderful Quinoa Strawberry Salad. The Shotgun Shrimp and Onion Rings are amazing appetizers. My husband enjoyed a Double Grind Burger and a Jack and Coke. He said everything was great! We could pay right from the kiosk at our table. We got a large pizza to take home to our daughter too."
