"This is used to be the best Starbucks not just in the area but that I had ever been too in terms of quality and service. Always so busy with very little delay. Of the last 10 or so online orders, maybe 1-2 has been done on time. I am not just talking 2-3 minutes, 10-15 minutes and beyond. Not sure what’s up with you Cedar Road, but you are def slipping."
"They do not know how to time orders. Things coming one at a time. They call your name for drink once (quietly). Because they suck at giving you your coffee, random people have to go up there and will probably handle your drink/food to find theirs. You get better service at Dunkin."

"Got to love this location. They got great service and people behind the bar like Ben so friendly and personable. Love IT So I’m editing this because I run into some of the hardest working people in the industry. Jess working today was absolutely crushing IT. I watched her for 5 minutes literally plowing through orders and making sure customers were happy. Amazing customer service. Love IT The youngins here are absolutely grinding and it is a pleasure coming here especially people like Ben behind the counter serving IT up with a smile. Love IT"
"So we headed to Starbucks to buy some overpriced coffee beverages and afternoon treats. When you spend $30+ on drinks for four people you expect them to at least be good. Today Burrito and Dumpling tried the newly launched frozen refreshers in Strawberry and Pineapple with lemonade. They are terribly disappointing. These would be rated negative stars. It’s just poorly shaved ice with drink poured over it. It immediately separates, as pictured. Dumpling says a snow cone is better. Would never buy these again. It’s not even worth going back and complaining. Your Burrito is home, and going to dump some vodka in it to attempt to save the day."
